Travelers Insurance partnered with my team to develop an inspiring campaign aimed at showcasing insurance as a dynamic and rewarding career destination. The goal was to challenge the perception that insurance is boring and instead highlight the vibrant opportunities within Travelers.

To achieve this, I conducted in-depth 1:1 interviews with leadership, from the CEO to team managers, and facilitated multiple focus groups to uncover the authentic culture and vision that set Travelers apart. The result was a compelling, people-centric narrative that authentically reflected what makes Travelers a unique and fulfilling place to work.

The next evolution of the employer brand was to utilize the message, “More than you imagined” to engage and educate internal employees about Travelers Wellness Program and benefits.
